My name is Wendy Mhlanzi On the 8th May 2020 I was very excited and looking forward to ordering my first pizza for me and my family I did an online pizza after an hour waiting for my delivery I then called the commercial Debonairs to find out where my pizza is I didn't even finish what I was asking the lady whi answered the phone rudely interrupted me and said YOUR PIZZA IS COMING WE ARE CLOSING THE SHOP NOW SO WAIT YOU WILL GET YOUR PIZZA, I said but lady you did not even ask for my name she said I DONT NEED TO ASK FOR YOUR NAME BECAUSE THE SHOP IS CLOSING AND YOUR PIZZA IS ON THE WAY WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES I said so I need to wait 30 more minutes on top of the hour that I have already waited another lady was also shouting in the background. ordered via mr d and they took my order successfully according to the email they sent me. i waited for my order for over 2 hours because i thought its coming. than all of a sudden i get an email saying "we werent able to complete your order". i called them to check what was going on with my order i have been waiting for hours. the guy who picked up my call asked me for my name and my address and told me to wait for him, he will call shortly but he never called again. and as for my money, its gone. i have never been disappointed this much especially from one of my favorite restaurants. if im not going to get my order at least please return my money. that would be...

Debonairs Pizza – Commercial Road, Pietermaritzburg: shockingly poor service.

Friday – Order arrived an hour late and stone cold after the tracker falsely said it was delivered. No manager call-back, despite 4 promises.

Saturday – They offered a “compensation” pizza at 6:30pm. It never arrived. No phone call.

And now it’s three days later. Still no contact, no refund, and no apology.
