Pizza Hut Liberty Mall — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

Sharing my experience with pizza hut. I ordered pizzas online and selected the option for delivery. I payed for the pizzas online, however, I received a call later on where they inform me that they only deliver in a 5KM radius. PLEASE BE Aware that this does not get picked up on the app or on the site that they can only deliver in a 5KM radius and I believe that this particular franchise has not made an effort to even inform the larger head office on this issue as the manager herself could not even give me contact details of the head office. I did not have the time to go to the mall to pick up the pizza, so I asked for a them to refund me. The manager of the store explained the process, however, she kept on beating around the bush and could not give me proper answers to certain questions that I asked her. Eventually she told me that her accounts person will contact me. The next day they did contact me however, I was working and asked them to call me during my lunch break 3 days later and I still have not received a call back from them regarding my refund. I have lodged an enquiry with pizza hits customer service, and yes 3 days later, there's no response from them. This is a big franchise with employees who do not place the customers first. It's more like they hope the issues or queries of the customers will disappear. Extreamly poor service from them. Extreamly terrible experience...

Salaams. terrible experience on sunday evening . Was told order be ready in 30 minutes..After 30 minutes went to collect..long ques...45 minutes later still awaiting order. Many customers also waited..and complained... orders were all mixed up. Very frustrating as staff blamed 1 another for the mixup!! Finally our order was done only to b asked if they cud substitute our chiken pizza for smthing else!! We were very annoyed an refused to pay for our pizzas an cancelled. Manager apologized an gave us for free. Wasnt happy at all tho... pizzas lacked flavour and very less cheese! Disappointed in Pizza Huts service ,customer service and products. Super slow service. Staff are friendly. Pretty busy store. There’s a couple vegetarian options available and all of it is halal. But, the pizzas really suck. There isn’t any flavor in these pizzas. The pizza sauce isn’t traceable. And there’s too much oil dripping from the pizza.We waited thirty minutes for our pizzas. That’s thirty minutes and R125 I’ll never see again. Do not get this pizza, rather get Dominos or Debonairs. Hugely...
