The food is excellent and gorgeous, if expensive. I'm not sure how authentic it is, having never been to Naples, but the pizza you recieve is definitely in another league to average.
The problem is the decor and atmosphere, or lack of it. No Italian music, first off, instead one has to listen to bad singers crooning about suicide, premarital sex, and murder. I call that 'Millennial Despair'.
Then the decor and menu descriptions: apart from the plants, it's trash. Garbage 'art', garbage plastic chairs and unstable tables sitting in a hole like a subway toilet. I call that 'Millennial Arrogance'. Trying to be cool when one is not cool and very much lacks culture or a sense of style. I particularly hate the marker writing on the glass, too difficult to read and exceptionally cheap looking.

Even though the pizzas have grown somewhat since the early days, both of our pizzas were mushy and undercooked inside. I've learnt that there's no way to rescue that... Back in the oven and it burns on top. Ah well.. Biggest disappointment was not having my white anchovies on my go to pizza.. 😔 subbed in with some very average regular ones. The wine list has a number of interesting wines, but you really need to come up with some serious cash. We had brought a bottle as last time we were here they still weren't licensed and were charged R75 corkage and given miniscule little tumblers to drink out of. I saw some 'proper' wine glasses up on the shelf and insisted on those. Maybe one night for a takeaway... But...
