Nando's Mall of the North — Restaurant in Polokwane Local Municipality

Absolutely worst experience from a Nando's EVER!!! Firstly , they lie to you that they are HALAAL without presenting a certificate, secondly they refuse allowing you to eat food from another halaal restaurant even though you are only 1 out of a table of 7. So essentially they are willing to loose revenue for 7 people ordering their food over 1 who cannot eat halaal due to their halaal status. After convincing my team to continue eating at Nando's, they pleaded with Sophy to allow me to eat my food with them and her attitude was so poor and unaccomodating. She got the order horribly wrong, getting a chicken avocado burger for my vegetarian colleague who ordered avocado caramelized onion burger, my other colleague got a quarter chicken for his half chicken ordered and very unapologetic and didn't even check up to see if we need anything further. Situated on the start of the entrance of Mall of the north, Nandos is a great place to have a meal with your family.
