Today on the 2th march 2024 my dad ordered pizza from the restaurant at 19:40pm and the estimated arrival time was 20:00pm.Alot of time past and my dad decided to call the restaurant and the person on reception said that the pizza guy just left the store.Then waited outside in the rain waiting for him to arrive and he had not(we leave 2 minutes away from the restaurant),So my dad deided to call again and person on reception said that we did not put an address and we decided to double check and it turned out that we did so we called again and we told the person on reception that we did then she said that"she did not see it"but on the first cal she called out the address meaning that she lied.Then we asked her to check where the driver is and she said"okay".And it was then 20:30pm and we were forced to go down to the restaurant and as soon as we started talking to the reception and my dad explained the situation and she proceeded to lying and that made my dad very furious and the receptionist laughed.Long story short we couldn't cancel our order or...

The lady who is a Frontline person is absolutely incompetent and rude. We phoned twice to track an order and she was just rude. Second time we phoned she just asked for address and said okay without giving any indication of the delay and way forward.
Our money went down the drain since we couldn't trace out order and when we tried canceling she gave us dismissive response and abdicated responsibility to Uber ( I had to tell her that Uber is an extention of their store and when I oder I'm buying from their store and not Uber) but didn't seem to make any difference to her unapologetic responses. All she could do was being smile at us whilst we were rightfully sharing out frustration

After 2 days without electricity in the Ruimsig area, today I downloaded the Del Forno app.
Via the app, I was able to: adjust each item according to preference, choose to pay by card machine at delivery (R10 for delivery) and allocated a tip to the driver. I quickly received an sms confirming the order, and 35 minutes later, received a call from the store advising the driver will be at my gate in 2 minutes. Pizzas were delivered hot, were delicious and the service and customer experience was flawless. Definitely worth the R10 delivery fee.
