I'm a Labour Lawyer and have been in the service industry for many years. In fact I've services branches of Roman's in Fourways and I have never been disrespected and expirenced such service.
I ordered via phone call at the Roman's Pizza in Wilrow Gate, when I got there there was one staff member at the till. I then went to stand by collections as I was there to collect my order.
Another Staff member came and stood by her till for about 5 mins. I was under the impression that she was closing her till. I asked are you able to assist as I am here to collect. She then told me "you can see my till is here". I was very astonished and asked why she said that. I further asked she saw me stood and did not even both to ask if i have assisted or need assistance. She then asnwered that she thought I was waiting for my order. Her attitude was horrific, genuinely the worst I've expirenced. Further to that when I asked her why she didn't ask if I've been helped and why she was treating me as a fellow black person like that she point blank ignored me.
I can identify her well and she was wearing glasses. Unfortunately I did not get her name on her tag and she also did not provide me with a receipt as I suspect she didn't want me to know her name.
This is so disappointing as I treat everyone with respect and this is the treatment I received. I didn't wanna cause a scene or talk to the manager I paid and left. And this hapoend in the presence of my daughter who asked me in the car if I was upset at the lady.
As I said, I am a Labour Lawyer and have serviced a couple of Roman's, and if my client had asked me for advise on this matter this would be a dismissable offense, which is not what i want for the poor lady, but this...
Read moreordered online. after n hour i arrived waited about 10 min to pay...... then asked for my pizza lady went to the back. after 15 min she came back and said sorry your pizza will be ready soon... 30 min passed i asked them whats happening again another lady went missing for 7 min... a guy comes back with her and tells me sorry we don't have base pizzas in stock but all the customers that ordered instore recieved their thick base pizzas. then i asked for a refund so that i can go and order at a different pizza place 5km away. well they went missing again coming back and asking me do you want a refund or do you want to take thin base pizzas... agreed to take thin base pizzas because i'm already over an hour in the shop and they had 2 hours to get it done since i ordered my pizza. another 20 min has passed with a 3 year old child with me standing and waiting for his food. so eventually the pizza came........... WRONG PIZZAS not even what i ordered. when i arrived at home which is less than 1km away pizzas we're so dry and has so little toppings on. well we started eating our pizza. takes a first bite of [not our choice] pizza. totally raw pizza dough isstill sticky. THIS IS DEFINITLY A 1 STAR FOR YOUR SHOP... I'LL RATHER DRIVE 10KM MORE FOR A DIFFERENT ROMANS PIZZA OR I'LL RATHER PAY MORE FOR BETTER PIZZA AT PIZZA PERFECT

Read moreSo on the 10th of December friday, my wife and i went to get food here bur for some reason, they rang my order twice through the card machine....they "claimed"that there was a problem with the payment even though the Nedbank SMS showed that the amount was deducted twice. And that the 1st one will refund before the end if the day.
I called the next morning and i was informed "because its weekend, all payments will only process on weekdays and that my money will be refunded on Monday...now this never happened at all...i tried calling 8 times over the last 3 days and the phone just rings....
Do not buy from here...they double charge and claim its a connection error and the money will refund soon and never does. They steam money and dont answer any calls...i have all screenshots of my bank statements ready fir proof if...
