Totally terrible service and falsified information on your operating hours. Got to this store to order l got there around 2030hrs only to be told that the store is closed and the stock is already counted. While the Cashier lady tried to help us saying the machine is still running because we wanted to order just an ice cream. With a stinking attitude the manager Brenda had to intervene my conversation as the customer with her Cashier , she rudely said “I am the manager here the store is closed Franchisees are different her store closed at 2030hrs” ????? Why update your operating hours then inform your Managers to close in whatever time that they feel like they need to close. How disappointing! I waited 25 minutes for my one burger and chips. So much for FAST FOOD. Staff were confused about my order (steer burger) and began to unwrap prepared burgers to see which had cheese. I finally received my take away meal and left the shop only to find that I was given a junior burger and chips when I ordered a full meal! One should also mention that the chips were overcooked and unseasoned and the burger bun was squashed and the burger lukewarm. That's the last time I'm spending my money here. Ordered on the APP, payment went off but order was never confirmed. Waited 10minutes for any change and nothing so I decided to call the store to confirm the order. Lady answered, I asked if she could hear me as there was a echo on the call and she hung up, tried calling again, another person answered, asked again if they can hear me and they shouted something and hung up the phone.
