Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

I ordered pizza on Monday via Mrd and during the placing of the order gave us problem and ended up placing an order with the collect instead of delivery unaware we communicate with the store via phone explaining the matter and cancel the order cos we can't come there is too far and we place another order because we had an agreement with the lady we spoke to on the phone to come instore for refund and Mrd also explained to us to also go in-store for refund cos they have paid the money to deboniars, my partner went there today was to treat well at all, the refused to refund him, and the say Mrd is the one that has to refund us I asked the manager to call Mrd himself to hear from them because I have already spent a lot of money on airtime and transport coming store only to not be assisted , I told that I want him to use the store airtime for the mistake that is done by me I did expect that from a manager, he then force me to take food, I don't want food I want my money back, never will you see me...

Debonairs should honestly try using Mr D for their deliveries because they are completely incompetent when it comes to delivering orders,I ordered at 16:50 pm and it's now 19:40 and I'm still waiting for them to deliver.Rustenburg Square Debonairs is such a joke and they do not take us serious as customers, I've been receiving this kind of poor service since 2017 and 3 years later it's still the same pathetic service.Just be careful when you order on their app that you do not make an immediate payment or else you'll regret it deeply.Ive given them enough time to redeem themself,3 years to be precise but they still manage to disappoint.Do something about the staff at Rustenburg Square or suffer the consequences of...

Stood by the counter for about 5 minutes as the only customer at that time Was ignored while the staff was sorting some matter with cash money amongst themselves.Eventually I enquired who will serve my order and was told by the lady on the right that the one on the left will attend to my order.
