Steers — Restaurant in Rustenburg Local Municipality

I ordered food telephonically and that I was to pick up at a steers branch only to go after work, and finding out that my order was not done/made at all. The steers branch in Rustenburg at Rustenburg square is pathetic. The music is so loud I couldn’t even hear what the cashier was saying, it’s disorganized as well. There was only one person in front of me and and one cashier was assisting with the customers order. There were three other employees at the front one was having a conversation with someone the other one was dancing infront of the cash register and the other one was keeping herself busy by checking receipts. I waited but no one assisted me. Eventually the one guy stopped chatting to to assist me only to find out that they didn’t prepare my order because they didn’t have one of the ingredients. They claimed that that called me but I showed them that I did not have any missed calls on my call log and I confirmed that the number that they had was correct. This was a waste of my time. Will never ever go to that particular branch again. And I don’t recommend it to anyone that wants fast and efficient service. I would’ve rated it zero stars but unfortunately I do not...

Today I saw something very disturbing, while waiting for my order, Another client came back in from outside with his packet of chips, and complained it was cold, tge lady that assisted him took the packet of chips and threw it back with their whole batch of chips, so now everyone today will eat those same chips and no one will ever know what that person did to his chips, this is so disgusting, could not get the name of the lady as she refused and no one is wearing name tags, and the managers response to this is "its not so bad" Terrible place would not reccomend...

On 28 April just before 19h00 we visited your store at Rustenburg Square. We wanted to buy 8 dipped ice cream cups for my family. Myself and the customer before me was told the ice cream machine is not functioning properly. We left but was still standing infront of the shop deciding whether we were going to drive to another Steers when another lady walked out with ice cream on a cone.
