Oooohhhh what a disappointment. I am utterly disappointed in their service and I can't mention names simply because they did not even have identifications. All the waitrons there need thorough training on Customer Service. I love this industry and my passion for it is deeply rooted. From a rude waitron who doesn't even acknowledge my presence, ask for a Supervisor and I get told I need to come inside as I was using the drive through. While waiting on the queue, she rudely shuts the payment window and trellidor security gate and locks it up. What am I to do? Am I to assume that since there is no electricity, no one is willing to be friendly enough to explain and make me understand the situation, so I may decide whether to wait or not. It gets better, I then asjed one of the Supervisors for assistance with redeeming the scratch cards, which the cashier two days ago did not give them to us. I kept my receipt so I may be able to redeem them, so when the Supervisor heard me talk about them, she already had an negative attitude as if to say 'why would you want the scratch card' kind of look'. I already knew that I wouldn't be helped but I had hope that she would disappoint me and she did not assist. I do think I would ever go back there again especially after the stunt they pulled and staff members who were close cracked to a joke that 'why would I want scratch cards now'? Didn't I deserve? Why wasn't a policy or standard adhered to? Why should I have to remind someone on how to do their job when people are not Customer Orientated. Read moreI must say, I had an awful time here. They have a screen that displays where u order is. My order was on "come and collect" and when I got there nobody entertained me. They just kept on calling the other orders. I was like guys where is my order? Then the lady rudely replied that my order wasn't ready and that she'd call me. I told her but the screen says my order is ready and i should collect. She then again in a very rude manner told me that the system isn't working. I told her i was sitting down and the only reason that got me to stand was because of what appeared on your screen. I then explained to her that if the screen isn't working then switch it off or put a sign to say "not in operation". Did I not get hammered to say that it's not her job to switch it off. Wow! Read moreNot happy the week before last when we went through drive thru standing in a long queue the ovens weren't working it was month end so it was quite busy last week Tuesday the 2nd Apr 2019 they did not have cappuccino when I asked what other coffees they have the lady said only "black coffee cause we don't have milk" it was 9 o'clock in the morning. This morning standing in the drive thru wanting coffee when I got to the box were you order they only take cash when I got to next window I ask the lady what is going on she just showed me the machine, I then said to her why don't you put a sign there before we get into the drive thru she ask oh didn't they put a sign I said no, did you think I will stand here if there were a sign she just look at me and I drove off.
