I hate how they don't wait tables, you actually have to go stand by the till.. and service is a bit slow especially when full, no variety of drinks, and the table arrangements are kind of too exposing. But that's just Nando's in general.

The staff here have a bad attitude towards customers, bad service and burnt food. They ignore your requests and just bring out whatever they want, they give your order to someone and argue with you over it.

I always enjoy chicken liver meal at this establishment, usually in Johannesburg, but this time it was away from home town of Joburg. It was in the beautiful platinum province of Rustenburg. Wherein I spent a romantic weekend with one super gorgeous woman under the sun. Who better to make this memorable than Nandos with their forever friendly staff members backed by the most delicious food served in their top of the range, with the state of the art, art decorations. Been a loyal customer to Nandos for years and to receive such treatment from the store manager was absolutely disappointing!

Took over an hour to prepare the order, came back wrong and extra dry even after asking for extra sauce ...

We were told we only allowed to get 45ml ! Why don't you specify that at the till and why offer extra sauce , if it cannot be provided??

Its not lekker Nandos would definitely NEVER EVER SEE me or my family at that branch EVER AGAIN !!
