McDonald's Waterstone Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Somerset West

I went there last night and told the lady I want two regular cheese burger meals when I got to the first widow she took 5 minutes before she opened the window and allowed me to pay, normally when I order two cheeseburger meals it's R60 and last night I paid R62 but I didn't find anything wrong it I just thought to myself maybe the price went up then when I got to the last window the lady gave me 1 coke so I asked where the other cooldrink is then she told me I only get 1 cooldrink then I told her but I ordered 2 cheeseburger meals so I'm suppose to get two cooldrinks then she got impatient with me and just walked away, a guy then came to the window and I explained to him what happened then he also refused to fix my order. I then left with 2 burgers, 1 chips and 1 cooldrink for R62 and when I go there I always order 2 cheeseburger meals with coke zero which consists of 2 burgers, 2 chips and 2 cooldrinks then i pay R60 so I don't understand why they just couldn't fix my order because it's the same price. I was really upset and disappointed when I left , because Mac Donald's is one of my favorite restaurants and it always cheers me up when I have a bad day and yesterday I...

The service at this Mc Donalds has really deteriorated throughout the past few months. Many times when you pull up to the order window and start talking the person will get busy with something else and then get back to you after 2 - 3 minutes, making the drive through extremely slow.

On the weekend, I ordered 2 Big Mac meals and a veggie burger meal. When doing the collection, the veggie burger wasn’t ready and I was asked to park. I already had the 2 Big Mac meals in my car, but then handed it back to the cashier, as this person said he will keep it warm.

After about 5 minutes when they finally were done with the veggie burger they brought my food to the car. I checked the contents of the veggie burger meal, and then drove home. After I got home, I realized there was now only 1 Big mac in the packet, where there was previously 2 when I checked it before handing it back to the cashier.

I had to drive back 15 minutes to the restaurant for the other burger. Really bad service. Always be aware of the long wait and check your food at...

Hi mcdonalds waterstone management, I find it absolutely crazy how my order can be messed up almost everytime I order from this specific Mcdonalds branch. Last Night I just had enough of it,and the manager on duty was no help either. I ordered a McChicken salad and the lady at the drive thru gave me 2 and insisted that I have ordered 2!? I then went in and told them that I only wanted 1 and wanted a refund, and that's when they said that they can't do that? I was forced to order something else! THAT IS CRAZY! It's either I have a missing burger or the wrong sauce is put on...COME ON GUYS?IS THIS A JOKE?SOMETHING MUST BE DONE!...IF THIS POST DONT GET HEARD ILL BE MOVING ON TO TRUST PILOT AND TO HELLO PETER. BECAUSE I HAVE HAD ENOUGH! This million dollar establishment can not be taking my hard earned money for a joke like this. I believe my voice needs to be heard.If only I've gotten a rand for every time you guys fail me...I would have been able to buy myself a meal by a different establishment without it...
