Had the most terrible experience at this place. Will probably never set foot in this Steers ever again. Didn't had the stuff that should accompany the order I placed. After paying for an alternative meal they advised me that they only have one full chicken and they received a online order for half a chicken. Then they wanted to reduce my full chicken order to half a chicken. After speaking to the manager and waiting 30min I received a full chicken but it wasn't cut into 8 pieces as I requested and the chicken wasn't properly grilled. It was underdone. Thank you Steers Somerset for the most unpleasant and unprofessional of services. My rating of this place...

Very stingy! I ordered cheesy chips and half of the chips had no sauce, barely had spice on, very disappointing. My previous order of wacky Wednesday, even though the burgers were very good with enough sauce, strangely enough, I asked for spice, I was told I can't get because you only get spice if you order chips. No other Steers has ever told me that. I also had to ask for sauce which they reluctantly gave, they also didn't have 1000 island sauce. Won't...

Good location. For the price we paying there can be a little more attention to detail. Steers used to be lauded for their chips...a trade mark...this trip was a bit oily.

The patty on the burger a bit thin...for R45...then you can understand why shoppers go get some chicken next door.

Tooo much sauce on the burger too.

The service...staff can really do with some customer service training.

Perhaps some seating area...bar stools for customers...
