Fishaways Gandhi & West — Restaurant in South Beach

I am writing to you about the horrific experience I faced at Fish aways (Dube Boulevard) At first when I walk into the outlet i was ignored by the cashier Nthando yet i greeted her. she was even advised by her colleague at the back station that i was there however she chose to ignore me and continue to complete her task, once she was done she turned to face me.

She greeted with no smile,she is very arrogant and no sense of customer service. When I gave her my order she told me with arrogance that there is no sushi rice due to the change of shift. As a customer I was not meant to be made aware of that. i was meant to be given options or be advised of the time frame it would take to prepare my order.

I had ordered the 16 PC sushi platter, which took a total of 46 min. Nthando apologized of the wait however that did not suffice her pathetic attitude.
