I always go to this place with my friends experiencing poor service but today it was the worst . I have never been in a place where u have to beg for service even when u’ve told the manager about your situation of not being served then a manager will tell u to leave if u’re not happy without solving your problem he showed that he doesn’t care about customers that was manager “Bradley” who kicked us out like dogs when we tried to explain to him that we’ve been waiting for more that 4 hrs to be served n he new this as well coz we went to him to ask for drinks at least while waiting for someone to serve us, we only got those drinks n nobody ever came to us. Me and my pregnant friend set there for 4 hours starving n thirsty waiting for someone to serve us but no one came n we saw all the people who came after us being served n when we asked about this to this manager he told us about him being short staffed n if we had a problem with that we can leave. I was so shocked by his behavior. As much as I loved this place but I am never going back there again n I will definitely tell my friends and everyone that I now that this is the worse...

The food and drinks were good,the only problem we had,the waiter took our pizza we bought from Lupa and stored it in the kitchen she insisted then we ate our food and paid for the bill we then went to catch a ride as a person who insisted to take our food she should have remembered after we paid the bill to give back our food ,when we got home we remembered that we left our food there and called the store number Mr Kingsley said it our fault that we forgot the pizza and he’s saying he asked his waiter what happened and the waiter said she came looking for us my worry is in how many minutes,if the footage proves in 2 minutes or less I would like to send my apologies to the lady but if that was in 3 minutes or more I would like for Mr Kingsley to apologise to me and return my food as he was shouting at me on the phone because I wasn’t told why my food was taken away from me and never brought back and I never saw any notice saying food is not allowed !!!but besides all that your waiter is such a bubbly and a...

I was there on the 11th of March with a friend. Sat inside, opposite the bar area. So we saw the wait staff take orders and collect orders from the bar area, but they ignored us. The service is horrible, the wait staff was so rude and ignored us from the moment we walked in until we walked out. We waited for more than an hour to get served and ended up walking out without ordering anything. We came back after walking around the beach, came back a waitress came to serve us, she was so rude and wouldn't even speak, and had a sour expression the whole time. Made us pay as soon as she brought the food, we assumed she had to leave, but no it was just rudeness. When we wanted to pay, we had to search for her, she even ignored me when I tried to add a tip for her, even though she didn't even deserve it. I use to love this place, now I hate it.
