Galaxy Sport Restaurant — Restaurant in Willows

I don't even know where to start. Worst service ever that i got from that place Monday evening. Waited 10min without a waiter coming by. Had to stand up and ask to be served. Eventually a waiter came.... Nikita or something. Didn't introduce herself. Gave me a menu then left. She came back and she told us that the if we want to eat we should order now otherwise the kitchen is about to close. Placed our order of 2 t-bone steaks and she said there is only one t-bone left. Decided to take the 300g steak med-rare with a sunny egg. Fast forward to when the food arrived. The egg was well done and made her aware and she said no it is well done. When i cut my steak it was well done. I had to stand up and look for her....guess what? She was standing at the bar snacking on something. I made her aware of what's going on...the only thing she wait was "Let me call the manager" no apology nothing. The manager came and apologized and asked me if i wanted another meal. Said i wanted the same meal just med-rare and sunny egg. Manager told me it was the last 300g steak can he offer me t-bone. Bathong where did the t-bone come from coz our waiter said they don't have anymore. Never checked up on us later came to tell us its last round otherwise we have to pay the bill so that she can do her cash-up because they get loadshadding 10pm. Paid the bill and still tipped her for that horrible experience that i got for her.... Not even a thank you. I love the place and have been there several times. but i don't see myself going...

The best thing that can happen to you, is when you take yourself and or your friends or family, to Galaxy Restaurant for a meal. While waiting for your meal, make sure that you indulge yourself in a crispy white wine, (my preference) or red oak wine. Choose your preferred channel of sport and have a waiter at your fingertips for prompt service. You will always thank me for the advice. The food is...

It really wasn't a pleasant experience and it wasn't horrible either. The service we received was of poor standard as other tables were being prioritised over us. The food wasn't too bad but it wasn't great either, if anything they could have done better. The meat was good meat but it was not cooked to it's standard. I'd give a 2.5 and it's for the reasonable pricing. It's student...
