Braza Loch Logan Waterfront Bloemfontein — Restaurant in Willows

The food here is impeccable. The price is quite expensive but this can be justified by the huge portions they are serving. We had some starters including some garlic bread, chicken livers and fried halloumi which was really nice. The garlic bread has enough garlic in and you have the option to top it with cheese and or bacon. The waiter was also very friendly and helpful. For our mains I had the best Espetada ever. If you love meat, I definitely recommend having this. It comes on a stand up scewer and its HUGE!!! I took the mixed Chicken and Beef one. The cubes were cooked to perfection. My steak was medium rare and my chicken was fully cooked. I took it with roasted veggies and chips but there are other sides to also choose from. The espetada was so juicy and soft. The meat was really perfectly grilled. It was my friend's birthday, and when the waiter found out, he surprised him with a free ice cream that said Happy Bday. Now thats what I call great service. This was my first time visiting this restaurant but I will definitely come back...

Previous time I went it was great outside and I had chicken but this time we Ordered fillet medium well, but it came out well done and wasn't fillet. Also ordered Portuguese steak well done but that was very bloody. 😅 They swapped the order in the kitchen it seems. Other than that the portions were very large and the vegetables were good. It was raining so we couldn't sit outside but there was a table of people at the door that was so loud that we could barely hear each other. The staff also had little to do as there was only the 3 tables so they were standing around talking loudly also. 😅

Both managers asked the same questions when we told about the steaks so communication between them isn't that great.

I love ships and the one displayed was inviting for me and I heard the outside view is worth it and so it was indeed.......

The fries were really nice and crispy, the vegetables were also nice buuut...... the rest of the meal was disappointing. The steak(well done) was dry and had no flavour, the prawns and calamari turned out oily and weren't fresh, together with the lemon. Was really looking forward to an inhouse juice but they served one of my fav brands, so that's awesome.

One of the employees(guy) came and took sauces from our table without saying anything to us, while we weren't even done. Of course I asked another employee (lady) to get us the sauces and she did. Overall experience,...
