I went to Woolworths Loch Logan today to try get clarification on a handbag I bought on laybye in December. The bag looks like I have had it for 2 years and the handles are broken and look ugly. One of the ladies name was Pulane and she didn’t even seem interested in helping. I had to pull out bank statements and my W card to prove I had bought from the store because I didn’t have a physical slip. After all that admin I was told the bag was being sold in 2023 so I don’t know the relevance in that as I have proof it was bought in 2024 December so they can’t help. My daughter got married and wanted Tulips for her bouquet. The flower market wanted to charge us R 65 per stem. I decided to ask the food manager at Loch Logan if Woolworths will be able to assist me. He did everything possible to help us. The next day he phoned me to tell me head office will order the Tulpps to get Tulips .

A week later I went to Woolworths to collect the Tulips. I asked for the food manager and wandered if true to other businesses experience the Tulips will be available. Please check your prices on the clothing you buy. We took two baby clothing items, hanging between the items marked down, up to 50% off. When we check the prices, they were sold on their normal prices. When speaking to the "manager", I was told that the clothing was hung yesterday on that rail becauce they did not had space for them. She told me that this was a mistake and a I am going to pay the full price. Still not satisfied, I spoke to another "manager " named Willem.
