Obok Miyeok — Restaurant in Busan

The food was good not perfect but the server and manager of restaurant was rude, impolite! While enjoying supper, they chat so loudly that we can't barely hear each other. Even more, we looked at them to at least notice to be little quiet, but one of server said to herself "I should order next to that table so I can talk louder" WTF man. At the end of supper the manager came and apologize but that was it. She went back to chat like usual. I can't find any professional side in this restaurant.
