Sulbing — Restaurant in Busan

Unique experience I would highly recommend to someone from out of country like I am. I am still not sure what was on one of the dishes I had, nor was my wife, but I will say it was amazing, and I'd love to have a franchise in the USA. The dish was described to me as shaved ice, but the ice was not it was like evaporated snow, so light and fluffy covered in something wonderful! Sulbing is a very popular bingsu chain in South Korea. They have loads of delicious desserts to choose from.

We ordered three different bingsu’s to share as well as a croffle. I believe one bingsu should be enough for two. We enjoyed all of them they were delicious with surprises on the bottom of it!
