Good Spanish restaurant but can work on customer service.
This was a good Spanish restaurant. It was during lunch when I arrived. There was no wait and we were seated in the front with a ocean and beach view. The weather was too hot outside and the restaurant was nice and cold inside. The restaurant has tablets on the table which you order from. The staff basically sat us down and didn’t really say anything, so we started to look at the menu. The menu although it said English, was in Hongul, we had to translate everything on our phone which is fine. We do it all the time anyways. The problem which annoyed us was that we finished the order and payed on the machine. It’s not like a standard restaurant where you pay after your food comes out, you eat and then pay. So we ordered and we wait 10 minutes, then the lady comes out with her phone and shows us a text. The text said, please you have to wait 30 minutes to get your food because we only have 1 chef…. I didn’t really say anything to her because I got annoyed and we already payed for the food so we couldn’t really leave. Anyways I wish she would’ve mentioned this before she sat us down. I gave them a 3 star for customer service because they lacked this in this restaurant. We started our course with a Pizza. The pizza was a margarita pizza. We didn’t know it at first because the menu mentioned that it had honey and cheese. But when we received it at the table it was a regular pizza. We started to eat it and the crust was so thick. It was interesting but not to my likening. After waiting 40 minutes later the food finally comes out. We got the chicken gratini which was very delicious not going to lie. This was actually the best part of the experience in the restaurant ñ. The other dish was the linguine with seafood mix. It was also a hit and very tasty and spicy.
The cool think about paying ahead is that you can leave immediately after you finish your food. Which we did after we used their iced water jar to fill up bottles. The lady said to help our selves so we did just that.
I definitely recommend this place for the food and the environment. The restaurant is decorated is jungle theme so there are many plants inside. It was nice, cool and the food was a hit minus the pizza.
Also the staff I would say needs to be more proactive and tell the customers ahead of time about waiting 40...
Read moreThis place has a really cool view of the beach and bridge. I really liked the high viewings and decor. The big problem I had was the menu. When you press English on the iPad, it still doesn’t show the menu items in English. I asked the server if what I was ordering was a pizza because that’s what the category was and she said it was. What I got was a tomato cheese dip. It was ok, but I wish they had proper descriptions on English so you know what you’re ordering. The wait time was quite long at 40 minutes but I didn’t mind because the view was veery enjoyable. 20. Won for a draft and the food. It was filling at least. I wouldn’t come...
Read moreCouldn’t go anywhere as it was rainy and windy whole day in Busan. This restaurant is just next to Hotel 1 Gwangali where I stayed. Very relaxing to get a table facing the sea view and bridge. Vongole pasta was good except for the slightly overcooked smallish clams. Food is affordable - pasta and an apple juice cost me 22,800 won. A nice change after a lot of Korean food. Opens from...
