Gomok Restaurant — Restaurant in Chuncheon-si

Food here was great. However this restaurant seriously needs some form of crowd control. Here, people just walk in despite there being no empty tables. Before we were done with our meal, a disrespectful person (foreigner) kept standing next to us with his group saying let’s sit here. And even asked my husband “can we sit here now?” When we were still eating! Obviously he said “ no you’ll have to wait a bit, sorry”. And then he said okay and smiled but still stood right next to us gatekeeping the table. Meanwhile a local woman sat in our table while the other guy was gatekeeping. We had to let her know that the other guy asked us first. There were still a lot of people standing in the middle of the restaurant. Terrible management. To the management, please make sure that people do not enter the restaurant until a table inside is empty for them. There are other restaurants that have one of the staff at the door, leading the crowd appropriately. Here they keep taking orders when they have no...

The woman at the cashier was rude and horrible to me. I had placed my order and put my card in to which the payment declined despite being money on my card, I tried a different card and the same thing happened. Something the worker then proceeded to shout my total at me over and over making me flustered, embarrassed and stressed. I eventually left due to how horrible the staff was and cried, I came back later on determined to not be made an idiot of and tried again with a card I used earlier and a different lady now on the till, this time it worked and the payment went through, funny that isn’t it? The food was basic and bland and best and expensive for what it is. I’m throroughly disappointed and you need to retrain your staff to not be so absolutely horrible, I would have this lady fired if it was up to me. This completely ruined my trip to nami island and I will be advising all friends, relatives and people I meet to not visit this restaurant and maybe nami island over all....

📍Crab Rose Pasta 5⭐ - this is my order. I like this pasta. Tomato based with a creamy touch. It also had 2 slices of bread which rounded things up.🤤

📍Pasta Al Pomodoro 4⭐ - my wife ordered this tomato based pasta. Simple but good. I just hoped it had a bread as well.
