This is a true hidden gem in Daejeon and I would say if I could give michellin stars to Adonis, it would be three-star since it is worth to travel Daejeon simply to visit Adonis. I think the owner of this bar, Mr. Kang is a kinda bartender of bartenders: many young bartenders come and enjoy/study the cocktail Mr. Kang fabricates. If you do not know much about hard liquor or cocktails then just ask Mr. Kang how you feel or what you like: color, taste, fruits or anything. He will find something particular for you. It’s like a doctor’s prescription.
