Bagel Bageler — Restaurant in Gyeongju-si

We visited here during a 3-4 day holiday weekend combining Buddha’s birthday and children’s day. So it was very, very busy.

I was a little disappointed at the bagel selection because they were sold out of the options; not really sold out. They just hadn’t restocked the 4-5 bagels that people had taken. So there wasn’t much selection. I was also surprised that the bagels weren’t pre-sliced like most bagel cafes do; the knives they provided were a little too dull for cutting the bagels neatly.

The best bagel I have every had! We were looking for a quick lunch before heading to the train and popped in here. There was a good variety of bagels with or without fillings. There was not customizing your order, you basically could pick from what where there then choose your cream cheese. I chose the garlic bagel! It was so delicious. Light, fresh, soft and full of flavor. There was light cream cheese in the sliced areas which was added flavor. My friend got the fig and walnut which she loved saying it tasted like hot cross...

They serves nice bagels and provides oven for heating up the bagels, if you wish to. Perhaps, i went there too late, the selections are quite limited as well and the staff aren't really keen to serve too. We just grab our bagels and drinks and eat and go...

Bagels tastes good and no regrets walking over from our hotel which is near to the bus terminal.
