국수대표 - Gooksu Daepyo (Noodle Representative) — Restaurant in Jeju

It was so good we went back a 2nd time, we went on first night, and then went back on last night after 7 days touring jeju. We had ordered the anchovy pork noodle and pork noodle. Pork noodle was milky and pork anchovy noodle was clear broth. However both were a bit spicy with pepper, already integrated when they prepared the soup. Both the pork slices and noodle were adequate that we were full at 10,000 Won each is reasonable price. There were only a few tables for 4 , in small shop however they were not full at all (which is surprising). We also had the (Qty 20 mini-smaller than usual) chive dumpling and it too was delicious. Great food on a cold night, and who just want something other than grilled black pork. We saw locals order braised pig's feet which look delicious too, but we did not try. All in all highly recommended if you craving for hot plate of soupy noodles, and there is not much queue either. It is located in back alley, after KFC and near grand hyatt jeju. We had used the address given "1320-1 Nohyeong-dong, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, South Korea" but using uber we were unable to find the address so we had just use Nohyeong-dong, 14-gil to search...

Came upon this place by chance last night, when we were on search for a noodle shop. It did not disappoint! The food was excellent. We started with the steam dumplings. Oh my…absolutely fresh and delicious! My son had pork with noodles (which he loved) and I had the cold spicy pork noodles. THE BEST cold noodles I’ve had in all of Korea!! The service was superb and the restaurant extremely clean and cozy. I wish we were staying in Jeju City longer just so we could try their other...

Really great food and service! Service by owner was exceptional as she was very accommodating our large party in their small restaurant. But don’t let the small restaurant fool you…the food is amazing and packs a punch. We ordered pork noodles, pork anchovy noodles, pork spicy noodles, boiled dumplings and smoked seasoned pork and all of it was amazing! We highly recommend Gooksu Daepyo and we ourselves will be back for more of...
