this hotel has a few names on 3rd party booking apps (hotel with city, hotel with jeju, city with hotel).THE HOTEL DOESN’T PROVIDE BATH TOWELS. and they did not highlight this anywhere in the booking. they only provide you with face towels, so beware before booking. i have never encountered a hotel that doesnt provide bath towels, its absurd.room doesnt seem cleaned, found rubber bands left in the room on the carpeted floor (assuming it was left behind by the previous guest). room is dimly lit even with all the lights on. there is no safety lock from the inside of the room, so anyone with access can just enter your room easily. partition separating the balconies between the rooms has a horizontal panel hollowed out at the bottom, which seemed strange as someone could point their camera into your balcony, and even room and see what you were doing. bed was ok. room has a non smart TV, and 2 seats with a table for you to eat, other than that nothing amazing. there is a bus stop right outside the hotel.DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. this place ruined the jeju experience for me. you’re better off with other hotels. i rarely leave bad reviews for hotels but i can’t stand this one. especially female travellers, please do...
Read moreWe got into Jeju Island kinda late and needed a decent place to stay for a night. When we arrived check in was easy. Showed the clerk my passport and he handed me a key. Everything was ready. ||The room was pretty basic but functional. Two beds. One large and one small. Tv on the wall with about 250 channels. Safe. Little fridge with 2 bottles of water. A kettle. Shower had a large bottle of body wash with a real good scent. Shampoo and conditioner. No toothbrush so bring your own. ||There’s a bus stop right in front. Bus 315,316,466. CU convenience store close by and a 7/11 across the street. Many restaurants around the corner and all around. McDonald’s down the block. And a Lottle Mart and E Mart supermarket within walking distance. There’s also a Shilla duty free mall up the block. ||The hotel is acceptable when it comes to short term or long term. Note there is no real luggage storage. The have a space with a rope in the lobby where you can leave your luggage but it’s not secure or monitored. ||Also note their policy is strict of check in at 3 pm. They wouldn’t give us a key on our second stay when we arrived at 2:30pm. ||A taxi ride from the airport is...
Read moreSpent 1 night in this hotel, booked here as it is near to Lotte Mart - approx. 10 minutes walking distance. It also has free parkings available, you can leave your car at the drop off area, valet will take care of your car without extra fees. I don't suggest to look for the parking area on your own as it's pretty hard to find the parking entrance, just let the valet do the job.||||Room is clean but the bathroom is very small. There is no hooks for you to hang your used/clean clothes, you have to leave your clothes outside the bathroom. ||||It came to our surprise that aircond is not available during our stay, we called the frontdesk and they told us they had shut down all airconds centrally as this season does not require aircond. Though it's autumn, it is not that cold (temperature that night was around 15°C) and we still need aircond indoor! We were forced to open the window all night (there is only 1 window) as the room was too stuffy. No fan was provided too. Some of us were not able to have a good sleep because of this. ||||Overall it is a decent hotel except the aircond part, think twice before booking if you plan to come during...
