I’ve booked 1 night at booking.com. They sent me email about booking cancellation at the day of arrival. On the booking.com app I saw the status Confirmed and Paid (!) they took money first and then canceled “because of the error”. After long disputes they provide me a room. And didn’t give any details about my stay. Next morning 10 minutes before checkout they sent me new email that provided room was higher class and I need to pay twice more for the night. They already got my money for canceled room and wanted twice higher price more. Good economy, right bro? x3 for original price. I’ve refused to pay and ask to call the police. They immediately said that all is ok and I can go. One of the most excellent residences that I have ever lived in (including comparison with other countries). Very spacious and clean. Come well-equipped with washing machine with dryer function, microwave, induction cooker, rice cooker, hair dryer, TV, air con with air circulation and heater function. There are tables (bar and stool, coffee table, additional pull out dining / study table), chairs, and sofas. Have place to hang clothes too. Ample shelves too. Conveniently located with food options and supermarkets within walking distance (15 mins).Downsides are the instructions for the room heater, TV, washing machine, air-con are all in Korean. Good location, just besides Shilla & Lotte shopping mall and Nuwemaru Street. Car park is automated, there is a Chinese guidance on how to use the automated car park. The room is nice, spacious and clean. No toiletries, coffee, tea and water being provided. The service is not to my expectation, there is no 24 hours check in, this is more like airbnb, but I didn't get any room number a day before my stay, if not I do not have to be there twice in order to get my room.
