Alice Bingsu is a new bingsu hotspot that opened this past September 9 near Jeju City Hall. They have the most unique bingsu / shaved ice texture I've ever seen. Visually, it's sort of like shredded wheat when you scoop into it. (They also have a more traditional snow version that is icier than I would like.) Love the sauces you can dribble on some, as well as the cheesecake slice that tops some. I've enjoyed both the 녹차오름 (green tea) variations and the choco-oreo so far. Do you like green tea? My blood is made up of green tea to some extent. For me, standard green tea ice cream is already substandard. Alice Bingsu offers a uniquely shaped ice dessert. The green tea dessert, made of countless ice stems like horse mane, has an exotic texture. As you lose yourself on the texture, the gentle scent of green tea catches your soul. You can't get to Jesus Christ yet. At the very least, the green tea ice cream and cheesecake on the bowl should be drizzled with milk syrup. The moment you pour milk syrup on it, you are already lost. In fact, it is green tea flavored milk syrup. If you pour green tea milk syrup on green tea ice cream on green tea ice cream, your bloodhood is already guilty of that sin. We the sinners can be forgiven only by eating green tea affogato.

This is a small upstairs cafe. Parking is not easy if you’re driving as only on street parking is available and the street is very busy.
