Las Tortas

Highly recommend calling before making a trip here. Tried to go to this place twice for lunch, both times I was turned away at the door. First time I was told they were closed, second time I was told they were out of ingredients, but ‘Open’ sign was on. Other people were eating in the restaurant both times also. Both times I went were during their posted open times on the web. On the door it says they are closed Wednesday. No idea about the food there, never got a chance to eat.
