Colline Jeju — Restaurant in Jeju

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The employee at the counter blatantly ignored me and my companions while we were waiting to order food. When we attempted to communicate in English, as we are not fluent in Korean, she surprisingly responded in fluent English. Despite knowing we couldn't understand her, she continued speaking Korean and displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. She ignored our question when we asked her if we could dine at level 2. Her behavior included rolling her eyes and frowning at us. This experience was unacceptable and falls far below the standards of customer service I expect. I will never visit...

Nice view overlooking the sea located 1 street back from the shoreline.

Food & coffee scrapes through with average at best as the House Salad could be fresher and the Cuttlefish Arrabbiata Pasta spicy as hell overpowering anything good about the dish.

Americano and Iced Latte weak and lacking any flavours.

Prices on the high side. Customer service aloof and disinterested. No waiter service, order at entrance and pick up your food when the beeper goes off.

We were looking for a cafe to enjoy drinks and dessert and found Colline located at a slope. We were attracted by the bingsu and ordered the apple mango one. Apple mango is a Jeju island specialty and I saw that it’s really expensive at the markets. Also ordered the tangerine juice which is really refreshing. The bingsu is super smooth and very nice. The cafe is so aesthetically pleasing and has 3 floors of seating area with a rooftop as well. No regrets...
