A very inconspicuous location... when I first arrived, I thought it was a construction site. Lots of parking. The wait wasn’t too long for a Sunday brunch (covid life).
The presentation was great! Very neat and orderly. Somewhat of a Japanese take to it. If you’ve eaten at a Japanese brunch cafe, this would be reminiscent of it. We tried to order everything on the menu but they were out of the pasta... the table right before us got the last one 🙃. Anyways, the food was warm/hot, the soufflé pancakes were perfect - Thick, soft, moist, and delicious 🤤.
The “brunch plate” came with fries, salad, and an egg. The “soufflé set” was sweeter and came with fruit - a banana on the side which was caramelized, a small scoop of ice cream.
Had a “Berry Late” which was very good as well. Coffee was excellent too!
Overall - a great experience :)...
Read moreMy wife found out about this place on Naver reviews and wanted to try it while we were in Jeju. Definitely a great choice! There weren't a lot of attractions around the restaurant but the place was very cute and minimalist on the inside with a cozy atmosphere.

My wife ordered the pasta tray. It was a pasta dish with three different kinds of mushroom and truffle oil. It was garlicky and spicy and amazing. I'm not much for mushrooms but I would eat this pasta every day. You have to order this one.
Check this place out and stick around even if there is a wait to get a table. You...
Read moreExcellent food and excellent service! I came by once previously, arriving after they stopped taking new food orders at 4, and when I came back a week later to try again, they remembered and made sure to fit me in! I ordered one of the soufflé pancakes, which had cream cheese sauce, berry compote, vanilla ice cream, and a crisped banana. They nailed the whipped cream-like texture for the pancake, and I really enjoyed the presentation. They made an “egg” on top from cream cheese sauce and fruit! This is definitely the place to go for fun new pancakes, but I would recommend arriving by at least 3:30! This place is popular, and because it takes time to make a good soufflé pancake, their kitchen stops taking...
