SUSAH!
This café operates under an unusual and frustrating business model:
The staff strictly enforce a rule that prohibits customers from sharing drinks—each person must purchase their own.
Staff members patrol the café, actively checking to ensure that every customer has a drink, creating an uncomfortable and intrusive atmosphere.
Despite cakes being readily available, customers are not allowed to collect them until their drinks are prepared, forcing unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
왜왜왜!?

After Note: Thank you, Team Blow, for your clarifications. Let me provide more context.
Requiring each customer to order a drink isn’t unreasonable, but the staff’s tone and attitude in enforcing it is. In service industry, how rules are communicated significantly impacts customer experience and willingness to return. They influence whether customers feel welcomed, and whether they recommend the café to many more.
At Team Blow, the staff’s tone felt more commanding than courteous. When serving cake, they placed it in front of the customer, naturally, most people—yourself included, perhaps—would assume it was ready for collection. However, instead of a polite clarification, the staff pulled the tray back as if engaging in a tug-of-war, insisting the customer wait for the full order.
This approach can leave a negative impression, affecting both satisfaction and word-of-mouth...

So the review's don't lie (just got look at the most recent or top reviews and you'll see). SKIP this place in your Jeju plans!
One of their female employees (super short hair, short in height) came outside to yell (actually loudly and aggressively) at us the first moment we stepped close to the colorful chairs outside. We planned to snap a few pics before getting a drink inside.
She yelled at the two of us and said "BUY DRINK FIRST, THEN PHOTOS!". We calmly told her, we'd be in in a second and she continue to harass us until we went inside. She was also the person taking our order when we got inside. She said the rule was that each person must order a drink. We wanted to share one of their most expensive ones but she said "NO, ONE PERSON MUST have ONE DRINK!"
We ordered 2 drinks and have never felt so disrespected by any service staff in all of Jeju, Korea or anywhere in the world!
SO KUDOS for their service team for putting themself at the top of the worst cafes in the world list in our books. Obviously, we sipped our drinks and left right away.
For the view it wasn't worth the terrible service experience at all. Who runs this place?
I see why they're called TEAM BLOW because going there really blows all your joy away...
Read moreThe staff were quite rude treating us as we were from China. 4 of us went in this afternoon and after I ordered 2 coffees, I left the store to pick up my car. No one said anything about how many coffees we should order as we even sat near the ordering table. In fact 2 of us couldn't take coffee due to caffeine intolerance. After I left the store, the other girl "forced" my sister and wife to order 4 cups of drinks. When I came back it was abit late and they told me the incident, which we thought what had happened happened. Because of the timing I asked them to put a coffee in a take away cup to take away. To my surprise the girl told me I couldn't have take a way cup while I was in the store. I was upset and told them to take the coffee back and it's ok we just leave. They showed me a write up and told me that was government policy. I asked them whether it's government policy to have minimum order and they kept mum. This was a scam and they only were nice to people speaking Korean. No one smiled in the store and spoke with courtesy. Never never visit this store in Aewol...
