Cafe Tribe charms visitors seeking respite along Jeju's northern shores. Walls of glass invite relaxation amid comfortable, vintage-inspired accoutrements while taking in the serene ocean vista.
Fare such as souffle pancakes paired with macarons and novel drinks like Hallabong Sorbet Ade encourage one to linger in this congenial setting, indulging fully in the island's flavors and ambiance with the sea spreading to the distance.
。Hallabong souffle 한라봉 수플레 ₩17,000 A perfectly jiggly citrus soufflé arrived, its zesty hallabong notes awakening the senses. While the petite macaron pairing looked cute, dried hallabong slivers and sweet-tart jam stole the show, their refreshing combination cutting through the richness and allowing this light and airy dream to delight without burdening the stomach.
。Hallasan souffle 한라산 수플레 ₩16,000 The green tea soufflé puffed with a robust addition of organic Jeju green tea powder, crafting an intense yet not overly saccharine tea flavor. While its quivering lightness made it better suited for sharing than consuming solo, the soufflé highlighted the satisfying texture and quality of ingredients.

Staff: Not super friendly but not rude. Not fluent in English thou so had to use google translate (no biggie)
Min purphase: there are signs that already mentioned on the min purphase per pax. 1 drink and 1 souffle for 2 pax we thought is perfectly reasonable (tea helps to balance the sweetness, not that its super sweet)
Environment: 3 areas for sitting (2 indoors with different vibes) 1 outdoor facing the sea. Every person will know outdoor seating will be colder since exposed to wind and sun (duh). No crowd when we came ard 10.30am on Sunday
Food: prob the best souffle we have tasted. Its cooked the way it is. For info, no way for undercooked souffle to rise the way it does. We tried choc, mandarin orange and macha, all good but Personally i liked choc best 😉. At 17k - 18k won per pancake, really the best value.
As my son said while we took the video. "Its time to stop abusing the souffle and let's...

As all the table are small, even if you have 4, they will arrange you to a 2 person table, of course it is because the shop is too popular. Dessert taste is good and look nice but it is not taste unique as the tasty is same as Japanese pancake. A nice photo taking place but not a comfortable...
