A lovely and lively burger place! Faithful to the basics and fundamentals! Potatoes, not oily. Simply awesome! Patty is fresh, without any smell. Vegetables, crisp. Bun with a perfect density. Only drawback is the sweet relish and sauce that get in the way when enjoying all the wonderful ingredients above. Simple solution, enjoying them separately. 저는 언제나처럼 기본 치즈버거를 그리고 와이프는 베이컨 치즈버거를 주문했어요. 햄버거 고르고 감자와 음료를 세트로 주문하려면 5,500원이 추가되요. 그러면 세트 가격은 대략 15,000원 ~17,000원 사이에요. 우선 웨지감자는 기름기도 잘 제거되고 간이 거의 되어있지 않아서 아주 담백해요. 일반적인 프렌치 프라이와는 완전히 결이 다른 맛인데… 정말 훌륭합니다. 맘에 쏙 들었어요. 패티는 기본에 충실한 맛이에요. 신선하고 잡내도 없고 훌륭합니다. 야채도 아삭아삭 신선했어요. 빵도 흐물거리거나 눅눅하지 않고… 적절한 밀도감과 라이트함이 좋았어요. 다만 저희에게는 버거 안에 뿌려져 있는 렐리쉬와 소스가 좀 달았어요. 그 점이 햄버거 자체의 맛을 음미하는데 방해가 되서 좀 아쉬웠어요.. 그래서 햄버거를 한 입에 베어 드시는 것보다 재료들을 분리해서 드시는 걸 추천드리고 싶어요. 고기와 빵을 따로 야채는 소스와 함께 샐러드처럼 따로 먹을 때 저희는 만족감이 더 컸습니다. 추가적으로 앤틱하면서도 발랄한 가게 내주의 느낌도 참 좋았습니다.

해이리를 가서 밥을 먹는다 하면 여기가 첫번째로 가는곳. 수제버거가 이 가격에 이맛이면 아쉬운간 없음. 세트로 먹으면 푸짐해보이거 푸짐한데, 수제버거집 특징인 가격이 확 올라감. 기본적인 버거들 다 맛나요. 패티로 승부보는게 아닌 소스로 승부보는것 같은 느낌이에요. 대박은 아니지만 이집은 수제버거집으론 추천
