Manager threatened to call the police on my son who accidentally broke a glass. And forced us to pay 18,000krw for an old glass. Extremely bad service and spoilt our day threatening the police. Worst customer service every with bad coffee and their lousy 'signature milk tea'. I've never seen any cafe charge a kid and threaten the police in my whole life. DO NOT COME AT ALL.

Don't talk about our integrity if u can threaten your guest and kid with the cops. All you had to do was speak properly and not handle it this way. Your cashier didn't even dare to tell me the manager's name when I asked. Just to note this post is about the lousy customer service you have shown and your response has amplified that attitude, calling my kid...
