Don't confuse this spot with Cheonjeyeon Falls (3-tiered waterfalls) —there's only one letter's difference! This waterfall is a powerful single drop, and it's easily one of the most accessible and beautiful spots in the area. The path to the falls is well-maintained, clean, and shaded, making for a relaxing and breezy walk. Along the way, you'll find picturesque bridges and sculptures that are perfect for photos. Even with a crowd, there's ample space right in front of the powerful waterfall for everyone to get a good shot. The convenient facilities, including drinking water, public toilets and benches, are a nice touch, well worth the KRW 2,000 (per person) entrance fees. Just be aware of the public transport situation. We waited for over an hour on a Saturday for the 641 and 880 buses, but neither showed up. It was a frustrating experience that forced us to walk 15 minutes uphill to find another bus route.

I recently visited Cheonjiyeon Waterfall in Jeju, South Korea, and it was a truly amazing experience. The waterfall is surrounded by lush greenery and the sound of the rushing water is both soothing and mesmerizing. The beach nearby is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy activities such as swimming and hiking. The atmosphere at Cheonjiyeon Waterfall is peaceful and relaxing, and there are several excellent dining options nearby. The walkway leading to the waterfall is well-maintained and offers beautiful views of the surrounding natural scenery. Overall, I would rate my experience at Cheonjiyeon Waterfall as very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to visit in Jeju.

👍: -Probably one of the more famous waterfalls in jeju, I've been to the other one where there's 3 different waterfalls. This one is much easier and accessible compared to the other one where you have to climb up and down stairs. This one is relatively just a stroll to the waterfall. -There is a requirement to purchase tickets before going in. It is 2000krw per person. -There are lots of souvenir shops before the entrance and just one souvenir shop inside that sells food also as well. -At the waterfall sight, it is packed with people, and you can't really sit down and have a picnic or something. -Parking is plenty. 👎: -Nothing, loved it!
