Normally I am not a meat eater, especially I do not eat pork. However my husband likes it and especially black pork from Jeju. I do not like the chewy texture of the pork meat but I have to say that pork neck was very soft so I did not need to chew. The kimchi stew, buckwheat noddle and side dishes were v delicious. If you want to at least try black pork bbq in Korea, I would recommend this restaurant. Most of the pork bbq restaurants serve the pork belly, which has a very...
