I recently visited 목화씨라운지 and absolutely loved the experience. The café has a charming atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing. We had their cheesecake, flan pudding, and chocolate pudding—each dessert was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. *커스터드 푸딩 6.5 -푸딩 자체는 달지 않음 -잇인하면 크림을 얹어준다. -적절한 경도, 식감 -자연스러운 바닐라빈의 향 -탄 향과 쓴 맛이 강한 카라멜 시럽 엘르엔비르 고메버터와 에쉬레 버터를 사용해 생산되었으며 블랙고메등급의 천연 바닐라빈만으로 가향된 수제 커스터드 푸딩. 매일 핸드메이드로 제조된다고 함. 젤라틴 농도가 한없이 적절해서 식감이 굉장히 좋으며, 바닐라빈의 향이 적절하게 나서 좋다. 캐러맬 소스는 묽은 편으로, 탄 향과 쓴맛이 꽤 강하지만 푸딩과 잘 어울린다. 가게에서 먹으면 푸딩 위에 크림도 올려주는데, 위에 올려진 크림은 이것만 먹으면 우유향이 꽤 강하게 나며, 수분이 꽤 많은데도 폭신한 질감이 나는 게 신기. 푸딩과 함께 먹으면 향과 식감 합이 좋다.
