A Must-Visit for Coffee Lovers!

We walked about 3,000 steps from our hotel to get here, but it was absolutely worth it! The cafe opens at 11 AM, and we were the first customers of the day. The staff was very welcoming and took the time to introduce their signature coffee and their selection of Scone-based pastries—including Butter Scone, Cranberry Scone, Chocolate Scone, and Matcha Scone. We decided to go with a Chocolate Scone and a Butter Scone, along with their Einspanner coffee.

1. Einspanner A Perfectly Crafted Viennese Coffee

Although this wasn’t our first time trying Einspanner, this cafe version was truly exceptional. The key highlight? The velvety cream on top—rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Important tip: Don’t stir the drink! If you mix it, the flavor changes completely. Instead, just take a sip and let the espresso rise from the bottom, blending naturally with the cream. The taste and texture are so addictive that you’ll find yourself wanting to take sip after sip.

2. Chocolate & Butter Scones Large & Crunchy Like Cookies

The scones here are larger than usual, almost resembling cookies in size and texture. In terms of flavor, they were decent but nothing too surprising. However, the chocolate was rich and fragrant, which was a nice touch.

If you’re a coffee lover, this cafe is definitely worth visiting. The Einspanner alone makes the trip worthwhile, and the friendly service adds to the experience. Just make sure to arrive early, as this place is bound...

We walk from hongdae AK mall. Not too far. They have 3 levels. Not hard to find seat. The inside decor is normal. May their vibe like the casually comfy style. We ordered the Einspenner and matcha latte. The Einspenner... I never try that tunning coffee before. The think top layer like mixed of cream and ice cream. Sooooooo good. The iced matcha latte average. But the scone there are good too. Surprise me. The butter and matcha scone both tasty. No regrets to come....

We just wanted good einspanner coffee and heard this was the place. Oats did not disappoint, it was creamy, rich from the espresso with the right amount of sweetness, we tried other places and found this was really the best so far. Only thing is that it does get busy so be prepared to wait especially during peak times. We waited about 20ish min for 2 people on a weekday afternoon. We didn’t try any of the pastries but they looked good but so does lots of other bakeries...
