3F/LOBBY — Restaurant in Seoul

A modest cafe furnished with minimal modern unique furnitures. The space feels like the reception area of a small independent architect’s studio, which is pretty cool. They offer coffee, non-coffee drinks, tea, desserts, Whiskey and Highball on the menu.

What I ordered:

🫖 Earl Grey Milk Tea (얼그레이 밀크티) • 8.5/10 I was surprised that it was served with an ice ball. I thought that was a nice touch to the presentation of the drink. The milk tea was good and not too sweet. The ratio of the milk and tea was just how I like it. They also give a cube of brownie on the side with the drink which was a nice surprise.

Quiet space for V60 filter coffee, tea and cakes. Quite a formal atmosphere, would recommend taking larger groups elsewhere as the seating is quite awkward. Great place to get some work done by yourself or relax after work in the busy suburb...

디자인버그라는 인테리어, 건축 사무소에서 건축가의 탕비실이라는 부제로 운영중인 핸드드립 카페입니다. 3명의 청년 건축가가 머리를 맞대고 좋은 프로젝트를 받고 많은 사람들과 만나기 위해 고민한 결과물이라고 합니다. 저는 몇종류의 블랜드가 있지만, 시그니처인 더 로비 블라썸을 마셔보았습니다. 이 메뉴는 아이스로만 제공되는데, 아마 단맛 경험 때문인 것 같습니다. 원두의 품종은 버번 계열의 SL28이며 키리냐가, 케냐(워시드)를 풀시티 정도로 다크하게 볶았습니다. 사용하는 드리퍼는 카페에서 잘 보기 드문 케맥스 CM-1C이고, 케맥스 특유의 마일드한 느낌으로 추출이 되는데, 특성이 부족하기 때문에 이것에 대응하기 위해 백차, 말린 오렌지, 오일 등을 첨가하는 것 같습니다. 블렌딩이 꽤 잘 되어서 인위적으로 가향되었다는 느낌이 들지는 않았습니다. 우드 트레이로 접대받는...
