Very good and priced fair for the amount of food you get. Some of the reviews complain that this is only for 1 crab, but I found this to be a perfect amount for 1 or 2 person. All the side dishes tasted great too and I quite enjoyed the oyster banchan as well. Keep I mind that they require everyone at the table to order 1 dinner set. So if this is your first time trying this with a bunch of friends you’ll each need to order a crab set. The way around this though is to order the 1 crab set and get it for take out and enjoy in your hotel room with friends if your only looking to sample the dish. This was my first time trying this and I loved the light savory flavor of the crab. The soy sauce flavor is very delicate and perfectly paired with the naturally sweet crab meat. The part that I found to be hard to eat was the bright orange parts. Those have a very strong iron flavor, which makes sense since it’s the guts part. It didn’t taste bad, just very strong, so just be aware. The actual meat parts where the orange parts didn’t touch were delicious. The texture of the crab meat is exactly like what you find in a spicy tuna roll, very soft. My favorite part of the crab was the yellow fat in the head part. It’s SO creamy and savory. I mixed that with some of the rice and put spoon fulls in the seaweed squares to make a small “taco” I recommend for new people enjoying this for the first time to scrape off the orange gut parts and add to your rice separate as it might overpower the creamy head fat or the delicate...

Gyejang was not bad. But it wasn't the best. Ganjang gyejang (soy sauce fermented gyejang) wasn't freshest, a bit fishy. I could feel that by tasting. Yangnyum gyejang(red pepper sweet sauce gyejang) was a bit better in freshness, and the strong taste of sauce was also hiding the fishy taste, but generally tastes were quite good. rice n side dishes were good. But overally expensive. And english translation and korean menu board wasn't that explanatory, so even for korean, it was a bit confusing to order.
