It was great having a great location and a variety of books to choose from, but I was disappointed with the way the staff responded to my requests for help… To be specific, none of the male staff members were friendly at all to the customers, and when I asked them questions to help me find books, they were so engrossed in what they were doing that they didn’t even glance at the customers… I really didn’t feel like buying books, but since I didn’t have time to go anywhere else, I ended up buying 5 Korean books to give to my daughters in the US as gifts… I don’t think I’ll want to go back and buy...

As a tourist, was able to buy an English translated book by a Korean author, and several albums by some of my favorite bands. Staff is very prepared and everything is intuitively placed.
