The girl who took my order was very nice but the two others who were making drinks took a very long time to make mine. People who ordered after me for their drinks before me while I stood there awkwardly waiting. Customer service is lacking with them and also the drink sucks. I had higher hopes for the new seasonal drink but I could tell they didn’t know how to make it. Hope it can improve with the season.

When I was ordered Cold Crew coffee, the cashier don't ask me "hot" or "cold"? And then, when I was picked up, they made Hot Cold Crew for me? I asked the staff at pick-up counter, I was order Cold, not hot..., the attitude of him so terrible. It's like "OMG... It's not my fault" & don't say anything to me??? That's the attitude Starbuck training for them?

Great customer service and pretty fast for all of the traffic. Never seen a Starbucks with so many treats! It's crazy! They're everywhere! They have multiple stations with Expresso and delicatessens.😊 Located in the large coex mall. Nicely decorated. The grapefruit, honey black tea was delicious! (Chilled) a bit sweet, but great.

When I was ordered Cold Crew coffee, the cashier don't ask me "hot" or "cold"? And then, when I was picked up, they made Hot Cold Crew for me? I asked the staff at pick-up counter, I was order Cold, not hot..., the attitude of him so terrible. It's like "OMG... It's not my fault" & don't say anything to me??? An overweight starbucks lady crew approached our table and in halting english told me that if I wanted to stay and drink coffee within the store, i have to change my Starbucks paper cup to porcelain mug like everyone else. She then insisted i stand up and bring my coffee to the counter so another crew can pour my coffee to the authorized mug. I told her that we are leaving in a few minutes but to no avail. She was very persistent.

I’ve been to many starbucks around Asia,Europe and the US but this is the 1st time I am hearing this. Whats the deal? I prefer drinking from a starbucks papercup as personal preference,...
