#toast 500 — if you like toast, you need to come here if you’re in Seoul. this place specializes in toast, and they do it well. I love that it’s a little small shop in a less crowded street and that you can wait / air-wait if the shop inside is crowded. There’s a few chairs for customers to sit and wait, and the restaurant/cafe inside is quite packed too.
I got the seasonal whole peach toast and the volume was great. The toast was very soft and easy to cut through but perhaps a little too soft because the peach ended up squishing the part of the toast that I tried to cut into. The peach was very fresh and “hard” - so that made it squish the French toast more. I do wonder what it would be like if the peach was poached or had a little more processing. Though overall flavor wise it was very fresh.
I hope to be back to try their other French toast flavors during different seasons~

Small space so I imagine it gets crowded during peak hours, but we went at opening around 10am and easily got a...
