This spot offers a truly unique take on the classic Korean shaved ice dessert. Instead of the usual chunky red beans, it came topped with a smooth, velvety red bean sauce that paired beautifully with the ultra-fine, milk-flavored ice. It felt like eating a thousand delicate layers of frozen milk—soft, airy, and refreshingly light. A modern twist on tradition that hit all the right notes.
