Blue Bottle Yeoksam Cafe — Restaurant in Seoul

The staff here were friendly and able to help us, despite our group only speaking English (so good for traveller/out-of-towners). The layout of the Cafe and furniture was minimalistic, meaning that it is relatively sparse and deliberately simple and clean/hard lines of the seating. As someone from Melbourne, their standard of coffee is quite good, with their grinds being relatively fresh, and beans not overly roasted/burnt. Their milk texturing is acceptable, with minimal bubble size in their milk foam. The final coffee mix was homogeneous, and did not vary considerably in density (no sludge at the bottom, nor any coffee grind residue). Just stuck with my usual Americano, and got a single origin, which was smooth and obviously high quality, but was small (no size options) and overpriced.

As other reviews point out the seating is limited and feels like they've overdone the industrial chic style on purpose to limit hanging out in the shop.
