Compared to Wet Aging which is recommended for Tenderloin, Dry Aging refers to the prolonged aging of meat at just the right humidity and temperature. If the meat is aged for more than a few weeks, it will lose a significant amount of water and the condensed taste of the meat can be felt. So, good condition of T-born Steak or Striploin can be enjoyed in this restaurant at moderate price. The valet parking is not available.
