Had a chance to visit his cosy restaurant owned by famous chef Fabrizio and i must say the entire experience is Fabulous~ the service by a guy in long hair was impeccable. He provided excellent service and introduced each dish and described the ingredients in great details. He knew i was a foreigner so he went the extra mile to descibe the dish in english as best as he can and i am really touched by this gesture.
The dishes all had excellent wine pairing recommendations and i enjoyed every single dish i ordered - octopus appetizer, potato soup with grilled cheese, porchini mushroom risotto. The risotto was perfectly creamy and was very fragrant with the garlic flakes. I highly recommend all 3 dishes, the portions are just nice, so feel free to order and try more dishes.
Had a chianti and white sangria, the wines were great, the white sangria tasted dense but the thinly sliced apples and rosemary added refreshness overall.

Read moreI think it's quite amazing that even though 파브리 is known as a celebrity chef in Korea, he doesn't price that into the food at his restaurant. I've seen chefs who rack up the prices on their menu because people will still purchase it just to say "I've dined there". The food itself was a little bit on the salty end for me, but that could be because I tend to prefer meals that are slightly bland. The octopus appetizer is actually really good - the dish uses croutons and it really adds to the texture, but it's also priced at 9,000 KRW which is around 7 dollars in USD. Also get the white sangria here - my mom rarely drinks and she had 4-5 sips...
