Gangnam Gyoja Head Store — Restaurant in Seoul

Came here after some facial services in the immediate area and we ordered a few dishes to share. We’ve been to the location in Myeongdong so not unfamiliar with the dishes. Walked in around 3 PM so it was not busy or crowded at all. We walked right in and were seated immediately. We ordered the Kalguksu (knife cut noodles), Sujebi (hand pulled noodles), and dumplings. The food was slightly above average but the service was outstanding. Travelling with a one year old can be difficult. Trying to eat noodles while holding a one year old is almost impossible. The staff here saw us struggling and offered to hold our baby while we ate. They walked around the restaurant and kept her entertained while we enjoyed the dishes we ordered.

This experience ended up being a pleasant dining suprise...

This is an awesome place! I have no idea what the names of the dishes but dang those noodles are super yummy. The spicy dry cold noodle is especially omnomnom. The korean version of xiaolongbao is super awesome, it's big, full with tasty meat, the wrapping is thin and the soup inside is super umami. Place is mostly packed but service is super fast and efficient.
