미경산 한우 암소로 유명한 한암동 정동점

한국적이면서도 세련된 분위기 나무를 중심으로 한 고급스러운 인테리어가 돋보인다.

🥩 암소 화로구이 안심(100g) 57000원 화로에 본인이 원하는 굽기 정도를 선택해서 한 점씩 구워 먹는 안심은 부드러운 식감과 입안 가득 차오르는 풍성한 육즙, 입안 가득 퍼지는 고소한 풍미까지 모든 조건을 완벽한 갖춘 최고의 맛이었다.

🥩우대갈비 숯불구이 68000원 10여 가지 재료로 양념한 16시간 수비드 우대갈비는 새싹채소와 식용꽃 샐러드와 곁들여 먹으니 깔끔하고 개운한 맛이었고 중간에 라즈베리가 씹혀서 상큼하기도 했다.

🍤흑임자멘보샤 25000원 중식당 멘보샤보다 더 맛있는 흑임자멘보샤. 다진 새우 살이 탱글탱글 씹히고 곁들여 나온 사과와 야채와 함께 먹으면 맛은 두 배.

🥗꽈리고추황태강정 23000원 황태 튀김을 매콤한 양념에 버무려 낸다. 꽈리고추와 황태 강정의 조합은 좋았다.

🍲도미솥밥 37000원 노릇노릇하게 잘 구워진 뼈를 발라낸 도미가 올려져 나온다. 비린 맛없이 간도 슴슴한 것이 건강한 맛이다. 하지만 가격은 사악하다. ㅋㅋ
